Q. How do I find out directions?

A. Shambala Festival is held on a beautiful country estate in Northamptonshire. The exact directions are in the text of the e-ticket you have been sent.

Q. Are there any work/volunteer opportunities?

A. Please check the Get Involved page. Steward and litter picking applications will go live in early March. 

Q. Can we have dogs on site?

A. We have a no dogs policy, sorry.

Q. I've lost my PIN Code?

A. Check back here for the reminder gizmo- coming soon.

Q. Can we have fires in the campsites?

A. Yes, but only off the ground.

Q. Can people arrive separately on the same PIN code?

A. Yes - each person is checked off as they arrive.

Q. Do I need to book for the family campsite?

A. No, just turn up with some kids and settle in!

Q. Can vans and tents camp together?

A. We are only able to allow one tent with a van in the Vehicle Camping Field.
